Definitions & Usage

The unofficially-titled Fythic system is a group of genders that describe different kinds of fluidity while also using fantasy names. Often overlapping with demigenders, genderfluid, and genderflux, they are microlabels, but have gained more widespread acceptance over the years. The founding term, genderfae, spawned the rest of the group. Fythic is an adopted community name, as no name has been settled upon by the coiners, but can also be labeled as the "Genderf- System".
