Genderfae describes genderfluidity that never encompasses masculinity. To put it another way, it's fluidity between all fem-aligned or feminine-in-nature and nonbinary genders. A genderfae person might go between being a girl, a demigirl, aporagender, and genderqueer, for example.

It's similar to demigirl & gxrl, but with more fluidity; it is related to femfluidflux/girlfluidflux, but instead of leaning towards feminine genders, it is completely without masculine genders; and is the feminine counterpart to genderfaun, part of the Fythic system. It's the inspiration for genderfaer.

The genderfae flag displays both the unaligned sides and feminine-in-nature sides of the term. The greens and yellows represent aporagenders, the white stands for genderlessness (or agender identities), and the pinks and purples represent femininity.
