Definitions and Usage
Transfeminine (often shortened to transfem) describes a non-AFAB person who identifies with a feminine gender and/or presentation moreso than a masculine one. Transfeminine includes (but is not limited to) non-AFAB: demigirls, multigender people whose strongest gender is female/feminine, genderfluid people who are female/feminine most often, and any other significantly feminine nonbinary people.
